NJ adopts new overtime regulations

On September 6, 2011 the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development adopted new  overtime pay regulations which make New Jersey's overtime standards consistent with federal regulations. Obviously, this will make it easier for NJ  companies that do business in multiple states by elimiating the conficts beiween state and federal laws.  To read the new regs, go here.
